Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online, and add any bouquets or gifts that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and you will be asked for the details we require to complete your order.
We accept all major debit and credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Clearpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. You may also order and pay by telephone. Orders that are cancelled online or via phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. A contract exists once payment has been processed and we issue acceptance of the order. This term protects us in the event of a pricing error, under-pricing, or if a product is no longer available. If a price changes, we will always contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.
Delivery Schedule Orders received before 1pm Monday to Saturday (11am Tuesday & Saturday) can be delivered on the same day if required. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date (must be placed before cut-off time). Orders placed for a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. Online delivery is available within the UK only. For overseas orders, please telephone.
No timed deliveries are available except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Please telephone if you have an emergency order.
If you require specific flowers please telephone at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
Delivery Attempts Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not home, flowers/plants are returned to the shop and a delivery note is left requesting collection. If a neighbour is available, we may leave flowers/plants with them if they agree to accept responsibility. If the recipient is unable to collect, a new delivery time may be arranged at Rylee Flowers’ convenience. Rylee Flowers is not responsible for theft or damage if items are left. We take great care to ensure freshness and quality.
Tax Charges All orders include 20% VAT.
Credit Card Security Card numbers are encrypted using 256-bit encryption and are not stored in clear text on any website.

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of our products, any complaint should be made within one working day of delivery. We always aim to resolve issues by offering a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the concern.
